e-assessment-4u design customised programmes that meet the needs of the organisation and also provide the assessment to demonstrate that candidates understand the learning. On completion learners receive a qualification from a national awarding body such as Edexcel.

What are Customised Qualifications
A Customised Qualification is a qualification lasting more than 30 guided learning hours that is specific to your organisation.

The qualification fits in with your organisation and takes account of your organisation objectives, training needs, culture and people.

What are the Benefits
A Customised Qualification allows you to develop your own qualification. This would be used to assess your learners and demonstrate that they have achieved the required outcomes. This provides an important quality check allowing you as an organisation to set a standard and then assess skills and knowledge through formal assessment.

A Customised Qualification also adds credibility to your programmes, promotes a continuous improvement culture to your staff and motivates the learners to complete as they are rewarded for their efforts with a nationally recognised qualification. Also this also allows them to progress onto other qualification such as the Edexcel BTEC Certificate in Management Studies.

How do we achieve a Customised Qualification
There are four main steps to achieving your own Customised Qualification as follows:

Step 1 - Initial Visit
e-assessment-4u would visit you to assess an existing or new training programme. They would consult with you to confirm the learning outcomes and criteria of the programme. The Verifier would also discuss the best method of assessment i.e. assignment, presentation, telephone interview etc.

Step 2 - Qualifications Approval
Your programme would then be mapped against an existing qualification requirements and the amount of learning, and assessment time would be measured. The name of the programme would also be confirmed.

Step 3 - Confirmed Programme
The Guidance Notes would be published and sent to you and will include the learning outcomes, assessment criteria and contents of the programme.

Step 4 - Learner Assessment and Certification
Your programme can now start. On successful completion of the programme the learner will receive their qualification certificate.
